Also, sometimes when I do suggest a photo to get featured and it gets chosen, it says it was suggested by someone else. How come?

. . . when you start taking pictures? I've been getting that a lot. It makes me feel ackward. My co-workers laugh and make fun of me and my mother thinks I'm full of nonsense.

No matter what I do, I always feel odd. Ever feel that way?

I don't know. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

I have a mobile therapist coming into my home twice a week to meet with Kenneth, I/we have doctor and school appointments and a lot of other things happening as well. I'm hoping things will get back to normal soon.

Today I went to the city of brotherly love. Yup! That's right. I went to the city of Philadelphia and I took a lot of amazing pictures that I will be posting as soon as I go through them I have lots! Be on the look-out!

Do you remember the pictures I posted of the fire that happened a week or two ago? Well, one of the firefighters googled it and saw the pictures on my Buzznet page. He contacted me and asked my permission to use some of my pictures for incident debriefings as well as for future training. Of course I wasn't going to say no so I said sure. Well, to make a long story short,  they put the pictures on their website and gave me credit for the pictures! Isn't that exciting?  Just click here to go to the site.

Part I
I started my camera hunt this morning. So far, I've only been to Walmart. The only reason I went there is because I get a discount everytime I shop there. Of course, no luck. Hopefully, this afternoon I'll being going to Target to see what they got. If that fails, it's off to the mall I go.

Okay, so I didn't want to spend a lot of time going in and out of stores so I decided to make some phone calls and I'm sure glad I did. It seems as though the camera I wanted was either a model they didn't carry or the cost was estimating at $279 or more. Screw that! Anyways . . .

It just occured to me that yesterday was my 2 year anniversary of being a member of Buzznet. Yesterday I was also awarded a Buzznet Original title and badge. I know there's some controversy over being an OG and that's understandable. What I'd like to do is tell you a little bit about how I got here but no worries - I'll try my best not to bore you.

To make the begining of this story short, My Chemical Romance is what brought me here. Plan and simple. It was something new and I wanted to be in the thick of it. After about a year of lurking Buzznet, I finally joined. Eight months later I posted my first picture. Soon after I became obsessed with posting and was granted an unlimited posting account. One thing lead to another and I became one of the top 3 contributors in the My Chemical Romance Community and Gerard Way Community. Along the way, I met a lot of amazing people including my best friend, Ravenblackhardt. It was with her and My Chemical Romance that I started to discover that I wanted to to pursue photography.

My love for taking pictures started at an MCR show. My pictures weren't good at all but they were mine and I was very proud of them. Then, I started taking my camera with me everywhere. And along the way, I found . . .

I guess you can say that I've evolved since becoming a member back on January 10, 2006. I would like to think that it was for the better. I'd like to thank my good friend and co-worker JG for giving me his old camera, which is how all these pictures came to be. I'd also like to thank Ravenblackhardt for becoming my best friend and my greatest inspiration. Her photography skills are absolutely amazing and her photos are just magnificent. I only wish I could have half the talent she has. I'd also like to thank Seb and Funksteena for considering me for Buzznet Original. It is truly an honor. And last, but most certainly not least, I'd like to thank My Chemical Romance for bringing me here. It's true what their fans say. They inspire us to do great things and, in a way, they do safe lives.

And, for my buzznet friends. Darlings, you know I love each and every one of you! The majority of you call me Mommy and I love that you would consider me to be like a Mommy to you. Thank you, Babies! My camera's not working! Whenever I take pictures, I get these bright lines that look like blinds and I don't know why. I guess I have to call a camera repair person and see if it can be fixed.

. . . on my way home from my mother's house today. Edward stopped the car and I got out and took some pictures. What a very emotional scene. I DID NOT take pictures of the family because it would be disrespectful and they were extremely upset.  The owner of the house did thank me for stopping and taking pictures. I gave her a hug even though I didn't know her. Sometimes it's comforting when someone you don't know sees that you care.
