Today I wanted to get out of the house and get some fresh air with the boys (hubby and son) so first we went to Ralph Stover Park. While we were there, I saw a busted tree that looked like a dead horse so naturally I wanted to take a picture of it. But in order for the picture to come out good, I had to get closer to it. In order to do this, I had to walk across this:

After I made it to the other side alive, I took the picture.

How erie is that?

So after that we went for a drive and stumbled upon a park that hear a lot about. It's called Ringing Rocks Park. Check this out:



And there's also a bunch of hiking trails as well. Here's what you do. You take a hammer with you and go through the rocks and hit them. Why? Because some of them sound like ringing bells with you hit them. Isn't that neat?

I looked at all those rocks and said, I'll never make it half way but I started hopping them anyway. Then something happened. For a full hour I forgot that I was out of shape. I forgot that I was clumsy. I forgot that I was a smoker. I forgot that it was really hot out. I forgot about all my problems and had the best time I've had in a long time. Gosh, it felt good! I would so do it again but next time I'd be a little more prepared.

Next time, I'll definitely where boots.

Ouch! I'll also bring a towel and a bottle of water in a little backpack.

Something random I found on a rock. It's a good thing this place is out in the country where not a lot of dumbasses can get to.

. . . and I have to do today is do the laundry, go the grocery shopping and dye my hair. White hairs be gone! Anyways, I'm hoping we can go to the park this afternoon. I need some fresh air and exercise. Who knows. Maybe I can find a quite place and finally read the first issue of the Umbrella Acadamy. It's been sitting on my bookshelf collecting dust. Poor thing. Edward also got me the Metal Edge Magazine with Gee on the cover. It would be nice if I got to read that too.

If you Darlins have a chance, please check out my stuff. I'm always posting media on my page so that my friends are never bored. I used to send out bulk messages to all my friends who loved them but now I can't do that anymore. That's okay, though. I haven't gotten any chainmail or forwards since so that a good thing.

Alright, I hope you all start off your week on the right foot. This week at work I'm doing inventory so it should go fairly fast. Also, I'll be bringing my son to work with me from time to time. This should be good. I'll keep you all posted on how that goes.
