Finally - Projekt Revolution, Camden NJ details

Alright, I'm not gonna bore you with stupid shit so I'll make this as quick as possible. If you have any questions, ask away.

Here's me and my husband, Edward - goldbrickdreams.buzznet.com - before we left for Camden, NJ.

After we got to the venue, I need to pee. It just so happens that the pit line was in the same building than the baths, food, drink and other shit.

Edward and I waited 4 hours in this line that only had about 30 people ahead of us. We decided to sit on the floor and chill. Here's me on Edward's lap.

When 4pm came, we went to the stage and guess what? Remember my barricade video I made?
Well . . .

Here's me with my hand on the barricade.

Here's me hugging the barricade.

Here's me playing hide and seek with the barricade.

First band up - Julien K, which I later found out used to be Orgy. I think they did pretty good, considering they where the first band out on the main stage.

This guy reminded me of Nikki Sixx. He definitely had the rock star thing down.

Next came Placebo, which I thought was pretty awesome.

The singer is so dreamy!

Then came a really big disappointment - HIM. Don't get me wrong. I love HIM and they sounded extremely good on stage. It just so happens that as performers, they were very boring. All Ville did was stand there, sing and smoke. That was it. I would never pay money just to see them.

In between bands, people kept sending messages to the big screen. Here are some of the messages:

This was put up because the singer from Julien K called us Philly and it was New Jersey.

Gee, what came next - oh yeah TAKING BACK SUNDAY! And let me tell you what - they blew me the fuck away, people. Oh shit! Okay, so my camera takes really crappy night pictures. I did the best I could with these.

Then, after months of waiting, My Chemical Romance came on stage!

As you'll notice, some of these pictures have my name, some have my husband's name. This is what happened half way through the show, I realized that I wanted to really enjoy the show rather than be behind my camera the whole time so I handed it to him. After we came home, I put my name on all the photos, not realizing that he wanted credit for the ones he took. Only thing is, we don't remember who took what pics. Any ways, we did our best to try and figure out who took what.

(tee-hee)

1st Base . . .

2nd Base . . .

3rd Base . . .

And man, he definitely took his sweet-ass time at third base, rubbing himself real fucking good.

Even though it was over 100 degrees and very uncomfortable and Gerard got sick from the heat, it was one of the best shows ever. So many things happened that it would take me forever to try and remember everything. So rather than shoot the bull, just ask by leaving your question in a comment. It just saves everyone a lot of time.

After MCR, I just couldn't stay in the pit. I was so hot and thursty. I had to get outta there. Once we got inside and cooled off, I met up with Raven (ravenblackhardt.buzznet.com) who was front and center of the barricade. We took a stroll over to the VIP tent, which Raven got tickets for and hung out for a bit while Edward dared to go back inside to watch Linkin Park.

As I was sitting there chatting with Raven, she mentioned buses. That's when I realized that I had seen the buses earlier by the gate so we took a walk to where the buses were. There were already about 100 people there. Five minutes later, Gerard and Mikey came out with Worm!!! Oh my damn. How awesome was that? Raven actually got video footage of it so if you wanna see it, go watch. Especially if you wanna here what Mikey said when I asked him if her ever had a Buzznet. Mikey was the best. So laid back and relaxed. I felt like I could just hang out with him and chill. Gerard on the other hand, was, well, wierd. He's not real good around people he don't know so that was to be expected. He tried to answer as many questions as he possibly could and signed autographs. One thing I couldn't get past was his eyes. He had the most amazing eyes I had ever seen on anyone. Woah.

Here's the pictures I took of Gerard, Mikey and Alicia. If you repost these, that's fine. Just remember to give credit. And I would really appreciate it if Pinky stayed away from these pictures. She knows who she is.

Don't mind the random B on the left. It's just something they do with your ticket. Mikey's is right next to the B and Gee's autograph looks like it says Sex. Mmm . . .

After that both Raven and I walked back to the VIP tent, vasting in our glory. It was my first time meeting MCR. I think it was Raven's third, lucky gal. I'm so glad that I have her for a friend. She got me and my husband t-shirts that the local crew wore during the Black Parade Tour. She also gave me my very own Demolition Crew hat. Yeah, I was feeling pretty special that night.

After meeting up with hubby, it was time to go. I said goodbye to Raven with a big, big hug and then Edward and I were off.

Look at how cute Raven looks. I looked cute too in the morning. By this time, I must of sweated 20 lbs off. Damn, it was hot out!

All in all, this was one of the best experiences of my whole life. I wouldn't trade anything for it.

Again, if you have questions, go ahead and ask.

~ It was hot!

~ The show was awesome!

~ A lot of their family was there on the side of the stage.

~ I got a lot of pictures.

~ I got to hang out with ravenblackhardt.

Gee, what else was there? Oh yeah!

I GOT TO MEET GERARD AND MIKEY AFTER THE SHOW AT THEIR BUS!!!!!!!!!!!

I could get my picture taken with them because one, it wasn't allowed and two, there was a fence in between us. I did get their autograph and I got to talk breifly with Gerard and Mikey. I even made Mikey laugh. I got their autographs too. Be on the look-out for ravenblackhardt's video footage of the boys signing autographs and saying that THEY DO NOT HAVE MYSPACES OR BUZZNETS.

Okay - I'm gonna quick check my messages, notes and comments then I'm going to go do the damn thing. Love yas!

Subject: Brown Recluse Spider- yes they are in PA

Note: If you are squeamish or don't like spiders, do not continue to read.

It's summertime & cleanup is going on. Be careful where you put your hands. They like dark spaces & woodpiles.

Also cool areas in the attic . . .

This man was bitten by a Brown Recluse spider.

Day 3.

The affected skin actually dies on his body.

Day 5.

Some of the pictures towards the end are pretty nasty, but take a look at the last one -- it is a picture of the spider itself.

Day 6.

Day 9.

A person can die from it's bite. We all should know what the spider looks like.

Day 10.

The Dangerous Brown Recluse Spider

People will be digging around, doing yard work, spring cleaning, and sometimes in their attics.  Please be careful. Spider bites are dangerous and can have permanent and highly negative consequences.

They like the darkness and tend to live in storage sheds or attics or other areas that might not be frequented by people or light.

If you have a need to be in your attic, go up there and turn on a light and leave it on for about 30 minutes before you go in to do your work.
