He looks emaciated either from starvation or disease......It's very sad it actually looks like a sweet dog. Did they let you take the video because a lot of places wouldn't trust what you were doing it for.....Great look into the problem of homeless animals I hope more people watch it !!!!!

Oh god, poor thing... they'll fatten him up and find him a good home. I admire that you can visit the SPCA. I can't go, I get too upset that I can't take them all with me...

Oh poor doggie - he just wants to take his bone and come home with you - I would have been in tears too.
My last dog before Hovis was from dogs home and choosing which one to have was heartbreakingly difficult.

It is hard to believe that this is a Saint Bernard mix.
I wish we could have taking him home as he is such a sweet dog.
I think he'll get better and someone will take him in.

Aww that poor dog.As a dog lover I find this shocking.I wish people would take care of their pets!

There are just some poeple in this world that should not be alowed to own pets. Sadly it is not enought just to feel sad about it, we have to act. I think everyone should pop by their local animal shelter a little more often- you can do the littlest thing to help them out. Just a simple blanket or a rag, or some dogbowls are much appreciated.

aw, poor thing. i wonder what happened to him? he looks like he would be a great pet.
